Contests

 

The Potter County Fair Association enjoys seeing the talent of many of our area youth. One way we get to see this is through contests. We have held a Fair Button contest for many, many years. This contest has received countless entries through out the years and the turn out is always fantastic. The top three places receive a cash prize and the winning fair button design for the year is also used as a keepsake for that year's fair goers. These buttons have become a collectors item for many in the area, some of them have collected all of the buttons so far! The buttons are sold throughout the week at the fair for $1.00 a piece. These buttons play an important role in keeping our fair one of the only free entry and free parking fairs left in Pennsylvania.
